"Badly received at the reception; needed to wait until the reception staff and cleaning staff had their rap up of the cleaning job (with room counting) , hallucinating. Room smells bad, airco not clean, chewing gum on the wall. Needed to ask for an extra towel. Worst experience / stay ever in a normally good Novotel. ."

"A new team have taken over this hotel and are making great strides in doing the hotel up. Our room was newly decorated and when we arrived, early, the corridor was being decorated.
