"I only picked this hotel because there was a free shuttle & free breakfast. After I made my breakfast plate I was asked for my breakfast voucher… so I went and asked the front desk & he said I didn’t have a breakfast included in my hotel stay. I guess they let the food go to waste. It was really disappointing… will never book the 4 points again. The room was lovely."

"Air conditioner was very noisy. Furniture was torn and old. Bed was very comfortable. We were first to book the vallet back to the airport however had to take an Uber because there was no room left in the shuttle. Priority should be the first who book."
