"Zelda was the worst desk clerk I have ever dealt with. I came back to my hotel room on the last night of my 3 night stay to find all of our belongings on a janitorial cart in the lobby. There was a mistake made by the hotel where they gave me a key to one of my rooms that was checking out after 2 days. I had 9 rooms total so I see how the mistake was made. When I tried to correct this with Zelda, she was absolutely uncooperative and did not seem to grasp the logic of how the error occurred,...

"Staff was great but the room wasn't the greatest. I wasn't expecting much, given the price and I wasn't disappointed. The roo.s are old and need updating but I can live with that. What bothered me was the number of bugs. They were everywhere. I requested a refund, which was denied. I just left and found another place to stay.
