"We had some initial issues with our room - smell of sewage and poor functioning shower. Staff helped us to move to another room but this one did not have air-conditioning. Third time luckily we were fine. Staff at the hotel, were good. Special thanks to Josver who was excellent. "

"We LOVED this crazy, eclectic, unique place. Victor was awesome, very helpful and spoke excellent English. He gave us tips on how to make the most of our shopping time. The breakfast was amazing!"

"Amazing hotel and hospitality! Highly recommend. The landscape is beautiful! The staff Lorena was super nice. It’s close to the main town about 10 minute drive and the hotel will call you a taxi when needed. Beautiful place in Sacred Valley"

"The staff was so friendly and the manager Manuel wasn’t able to greet us but called and welcomed us. Our room was incredible with our own private rooftop balcony. Will definitely book here next time I’m in Cusco!"
