"Was assigned a room at the very end of the hall next to the staff/housekeeping elevators. The door was directly next to our room and slammed so loud about a dozen times throughout the night. I didn’t sleep one second, they also have a dim light on the ceiling in addition to the jarring loud noises. Came out in the morning for 7am shuttle at 6:50 and was told it already left because it was full. Had to wait for the 7:30. Luckily we didn’t miss our flight. Hot tub is cold. "Don’t hesitate to stay here. The grounds are lovely and secure. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. The food was great. We would stay again if we returned to Cusco."

"Service was excellent, staff was very helpful when my wife hurt herself and we needed to change our reservation and move to a different room.
The breakfast and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The A/C was the only thing that deserves some critique - at times it was noisy."
