"Kami berkunjung tgl 22 sd 24 Des 2016..hotel strategis krn berdekatan dengan mall, rumah sakit dll. Sarapan pagi bagus dan enak2..tapi ada satu kekurangan..kamarnya relatif kecil u ukuran keluarga "

"Booked thr family suite Upon checking in, room smelt of smoke on a non smoking floor. Instead of changing my room, they sent someone to spray air freshner into rhe vents. The next day, the master toilet had sewage smell The walls, door and ceiling are "paper thin" so much so that every night, we were awakened to the stomping through till midnight."

"This is a fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing and very responsive to all our requests. RJs rooftop bar is outstanding with awesome views of the city and Naim one of the bar tenders was outstanding and added to the relaxed and enjoyable environment. Breakfast with Mr Kenneth in charge made for a great start to the day with a huge variety of food and prompt service. We were on the 26th floor again with a great city views and spacious room. The convenience of the Paradigm mall next to the hotel...

"Got bridge connected to mall(setia city mall). Staff was friendly. Our room prepared late but they did compensate us to check out late too. BREAKFAST IS TIP TOP! Definitely recommend here"
