"We had a wonderful stay at Motto By Hilton Philadelphia. The location was perfect, the surrounding area felt very safe and it’s close to the action but far enough away that it’s relatively quiet at night. Theres a convenient parking garage directly across the street. The hotel staff were all helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They give out water bottles for free, which is so appreciated. "Very friendly staff. We had an issue with our room key not working and one of the staff members walked up to our room with us to make sure it worked. It ended up being user error, but the staff member never made us feel bad about it.
The room was spacious and very clean."

"I stayed here for 1 night, the place is spacious and clean, there’s plenty of parking options, the staff were always ready to help and I a sense of privacy is guaranteed. Great value for money, I would definitely recommend staying here"

"Took our 7 year old and really enjoyed our stay! The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and many things were walkable or a quick walk to the subway. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated being able to check in early after traveling overnight from the west coast, but I realize that may have been easier to do on a Tuesday morning than a weekend so I don’t expect they can accommodate that for a weekend check in."
