"Savoy’s service is very slow. Check in time is 3pm. You show up at 3pm, the line up is insane. It took me 2hours to be checked in and be given a room key. They give the service very “personalized” making irrelevant conversation with guest but infact, slowing down the check in process. Same thing at the check out. 12nn line up to check out is longer than you can imagine. I don’t think I would stay here again."

"Never book through expedia. They will not refund you even im the most extraordinary situations that are out of your hands. The hotel also will not refund you. Do not book through expedia they are no help and all their room for this hotel are non refundable no excuses. "I stayed in the executive suite for two nights upon arrival to Manila and two nights prior to leaving Manila. The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and the morning buffet was exceptional. The staff at the pool bar were very polite and the pool is very clean as is the gym equipment. We’ll stay here again if needed."

"Hotel 101 is good, but certainly not fancy. The rooms clean and well maintained, but are small. The area is busy, but so is everything in Manila. The breakfast is something that makes this hotel stand out. It’s buffet-style and has plenty to eat. Overall we were pleased and will return."
