"For the price this place is excellent! I was expecting run down and shabby and instead it was clean, quiet, and fairly modern. The Mexican restaurant was good and fairly priced as well. Will definitely make a return trip here in the future to ride the hills around beautiful Pikeville."

"They are in the process of remodeling the pool area making it an outdoor seasonal area. I personally don’t like indoor pools because of the excessive heat and chlorine smells. I think it will be better utilized as an outdoor area. Rooms were very clean and staff very friendly. We’ve stayed at this location many times visiting family and plan on returning."

"The 2nd and 3rd floor are former smoking rooms that still have the horrible stench of the smoke. The 1st room I was in had a cracked window that I felt was unsafe. The 2nd room was a former smoke room. My 3rd room was back on the 1st floor with a horrible smelling desk chair....like sweat, body odor. Would never recommend this hotel."
