"The WORST check-in I’ve experienced in my 25+ years of business travel! Booking through hotels.com I had NOT expected to have to pick up my keys in a backstreet empty pizza place TWO kilometres from the flat. Evening, snow and cold. No taxis (did I say back street?) but the nice restaurant owner were persuaded to drive me … for a fee. Flat it self lovely and as described but do clear up how to get the keys. "

"Not a great hotel - very much a standard 3 star - simple accommodation- ok rooms - services very basic / does not stand out in any way with its service amenities or facilitates. Also quite a way out from the centre"

"I loved the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. My room has a sauna and I loved it. Bed was amazing and I was able to sleep so well, the curtains made the room so dark."

Alte, abgewetzte Möbel, unterdurchschnittliches Essen zu überteuerten Preisen, einfach ungemütlich. Wir haben am ersten Abend dort gegessen weil wir nach einer langen Anreise übermüdet waren und keine Lust hatten noch ein Lokal zu suchen. Einmal und nie wieder."

"Great room, great breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful. Try out the spa, although the jacuzzi was cold. Hotel is near a busy stop that takes you into central Tampere."
