"The view from our balcony was fabulous."

"We were scheduled to stay for two nites beginning 9/9/2026. However, upon entering the lobby, we were met with a very strong odor of mold/mildew, which continued down the hallways and into our rooms (2). After immediate chest congestion set in, we decided to find different lodging for our second nite. Secondly, there was a strong smell of sewer gas in the hallway. "The house was very clean and views of the lake were beautiful. However, there was only a washer and no dryer. The shower head was awful which caused half of the body to freeze while showering. The bed in the master bedroom is beyond awful. The mattress is sinking in the middle and the bed creaks with the slightest of movement. When i tried to blowdry my hair, the smoke alarm went off. I would not stay here again!!!"
