"Det märktes att vi kom under lågsäsong. Det positiva var att vi hade spat helt för oss själva under 1 timme, det negativa att knappt några åt i restaurangen och vi blev serverade möjligt bröd till förrätten. Blev kompenserade med varsin, torr men annars god, tårtbit och ett glas vin. "

"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"We booked a junior suite - this was one large room with a king size bed and a single bed. Spacious enough for 3. The room was clean, windows could open, tea and coffee was topped up daily and room tidied daily. The breakfast was good quality with a wide choice. The bar was also well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful - I had many questions about the trains which they were able to help with. "A very comfortable hotel close to the city center and the POLIN Jewish museum. Clean, quiet, big rooms, only wlan is extremely weak, so I suggest you download some movies/series ahead of your trip."

"The staff were simply excellent The room was comfortable and the hallways quiet at night. It is situated so you have a lot of shops nearby . We used the fridge in the room and appreciated the slippers. A perfect place to stay yo explore Warsaw. We will stay here again "

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"This is a very nice boutique hotel located directly in the city center within walking distance to many of Krakow's cultural attractions. I was traveling with my son so we booked a large suite that had two queen beds, something that is a very rare find in Europe, at a reasonable price through Expedia. "Such a lovely hotel. We came out of the train station and it was right in front of us. Staff were lovely and the restaurant was superb. We had a deluxe room which had everything you would expect. Very comfortable bed which we were able to lie on and look out at the wonderful city lit up at night. The palace of culture was just over the road. We will return."
