"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are:
1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11
2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"After a few messaging over Expedia about changing the date as during booking the date was overwritten to my wished dates. This mistake said to be repeared and the hotel confirmed it was ok. one night was canceleld but in the end just as we checked out we were told nop, expedia said no so it was charged fully for us."

"This is one of my favorite hotels in Warsaw. The location is first rate, the rates are reasonable, the space is well organized and spotless. I’ve only had one issue over a misunderstanding over breakfast which was rather unpleasant until the customer experience lead got involved, and she straightened it right out. I look forward to my next stay."

"Es war sehr schön eingerichtet, der Standort ist sehr gut, in der Nähe von Bahnhof, 5 min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Es gibt zwei Sachen die nicht gut waren, 1- die Sauberkeit konnte besser sein, 2- die Nachbarn vom oberen stock waren Mitternacht sehr laut, sodass wir nicht schlafen konnten.
Sonst alles super.

"Excellent hotel. Amazingly helpful staff members, so friendly. Turn down service daily refilling free mini fridge with soft drinks, milk and waters. Drink on arrival and bottle of wine prior to check out as a thank you.
Amenities were everything you could need and all clean and in working order.
The location itself is perfect, completely walkable to main attractions (shopping centre, jewish quarter, lots of bars and restaurants) and situated on the main square of the old town, offering...
