"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are:
1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11
2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"We had a great stay at Puro, upon arriving, we were greeted by Sebastian at the reception desk.What a terrific employee. We were greeted with a warm smile, a highly competent and very professional gentleman. The hotel was clean, our room very quaint and cozy. The bathroom was very modern and luxurious. We had a great stay. We had a small dog and she was also very happy. Highly recommend....very accommodating staff. Sebastian brought us an ironing board and iron instantly after requesting....

"After a few messaging over Expedia about changing the date as during booking the date was overwritten to my wished dates. This mistake said to be repeared and the hotel confirmed it was ok. one night was canceleld but in the end just as we checked out we were told nop, expedia said no so it was charged fully for us."

"Extr êmement bien situé. Très pratique, permet de se rendre facilement aux différentes attractions. La grande proximité avec la gare est un plus. Le personnel est serviable et les chambres très propres. Très bon rapport qualité prix."

"Es war sehr schön eingerichtet, der Standort ist sehr gut, in der Nähe von Bahnhof, 5 min. vom Zentrum entfernt. Es gibt zwei Sachen die nicht gut waren, 1- die Sauberkeit konnte besser sein, 2- die Nachbarn vom oberen stock waren Mitternacht sehr laut, sodass wir nicht schlafen konnten.
Sonst alles super.

"The breakfast menu was superb. The staff were very helpful and courteous. There was no shampoo in the refrigerator oms, so he ng your own. The cleaning staff were exceptional."
