"Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!"

"All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are:
1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11
2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't...

"Son muy eficientes en sus check in y check out, así como tiene buena tecnología. Algo que no nos gustó fue que la regadera no tenía puerta y salpicaba el agua en todo el baño así como no había espacio cómodo para poner tus artículos personales en el.
El lugar está enfrente de un centro comercial y tiene muy buenos accesos al transporte público, puedes llegar a la plaza caminando en 10 minutos."

"After a few messaging over Expedia about changing the date as during booking the date was overwritten to my wished dates. This mistake said to be repeared and the hotel confirmed it was ok. one night was canceleld but in the end just as we checked out we were told nop, expedia said no so it was charged fully for us."
