"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

"This was a real get away from it all whilst still being near the city. The staff go above and beyond to help and support their guests. There was lovely food provided for us in the fridge when we arrived at the little cottage. The only downside was that there were no curtains in the bedroom. Whilst I love being in the woods and seeing and hearing the birds, I did not enjoy being woken up at 4am, with the sunlight and heat streaming through the window. "This was the absolute worst experience I have had while traveling. I have visited many countries in Europe, and many cities mostly in Poland and I am not one to complain but this is an exception. First of all, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING on site. The parking lot was always full and the front desk would shrug their shoulders when I questioned where I should park.
