"Das Zimmer war sauber, aber weder Fernseher noch Klimaanlage funktionierten richtig. Es gab in drei Nächten keine Zimmerreinigung, keinen Handtuchwechsel, keine Leerung der Mülleimer. "I don’t understand why Expedia is in partnership with this hotel. In my options for reservations, I took a superior room with dinner and breakfast included. Once I made my reservation that was non refundable, I received a message from the hotel say that the restaurant will be close at 6PM.
