"Staff was very helpful and super friendly . Breakfast was amazing and great location for shoppings. I booked this hotel because of th spa and swimming pool , unfortunately got busy with work and didn’t use it. I will have to come back again as the packages and prices looked great 😊 "

"Loved the extra touch’s provided by this lovely hotel. Free Coffee, tea & water 24/7. Free bike hire & spa. Each bedroom has an integrated tablet to control lights etc and with its own WiFi. Extras like avocado on toast served to your table. Friendly helpful staff in a very clean hotel, in an area easily accessible for all the best places in Kazimierz and Krakow old town. Would definitely revisit"

"We had a fantastic time in Puro Gdansk Stare Miasto. The staff were so friendly and attentive, everyone spoke perfect English (and many other languages), the hotel is beautiful, the rooftop bar is delightful, the breakfast was delicious and our room was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were warm and the whole place is spotless. I will happily stay there again the next time we are in Gdansk."
