"Spent two nights, 3 days at this property recently while touring around at Pinnawela, Sigiriya, Dambulla and Minneriya. Great location to visit all those sites. Excellent service with a smile. Buffets were plentiful and delicious, great variety. Pool was so relaxing and lush gardens that were well kept really felt like paradise. "We found this place recommended on a travel blog, so we booked two nights and are so glad we did! The staff was extremely welcoming, kind and attentive. Upon our arrival, even before starting the check-in process, they invited us to relax by the pool with some tea to help us unwind. "Such a beautiful gem! The manager was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. "Very disappointed, the hotel looked lovely in the photos but reality was a different story. With the exception of one waiter none of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. The pool was filthy and the water was green. The room was shabby and in desperate need of a refurb, broken bathroom fixtures, hole in sheet, dirty curtains, broken tie-backs. Bar area was okay but at breakfast our table was covered in flies. Avoid this place at all costs "

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, uns wurde jeden Tag eine große Auswahl angeboten. An einem Abend haben wir BBQ gegessen. Manches war etwas trocken, aber insgesamt hat es sich dennoch gelohnt. Hotel, facile d’accès, cependant si vous n’avez pas le chauffeur privé, il peut être difficile de trouver un tuktuk pour la nuit du aux éléphants dans cette zone."
