The best hotel on LongSet Beach, unusually modern, lux looking finishes and sound proof rooms, small road into village between seafront rooms and beach but not a problem at all. You cannot see into the rooms. Interior rooms nicely located.

Wonderfull hotel in a quiet countryside location little out of town but walkable in about 30 mins, hotel offered a free tuk tuk into town at anytime. The hotel was perfectly run, fantastic rooms with balcony and swimming pool, breakfast was buffet or menu with plently of options. Five stars must go to all the brilliant staff, they are a credit to the hotel, always polite and smiling and so eager to please. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Just perfect for escape from busy city life. We had one week of total relaxation, high cuisine, excellent service and perfect weather. I also in love with every bits of their interior and exterior design. This hotel is pure jewel.

Amazing place to stay The views are fantastic The room was lovely It’s a private resort and well maintained the staff were so nice and helpful Food was excellent The resort has board games to play, patonque balls, canoes, snorkel equipment all for you to use free they can also book boat trips for you.

Everything was exceptional from the room to the pool and especially ALL the staff

Location is excellent when you get off ferry at Longbeach. Staff are very helpful and the beach area is lovely, with breakfast room outside overlooking beach. Loved it there

We enjoyed our stay, their is a bit of a lack of nearby places of interest but the hotel itself satisfied our needs!

Great Vegas style hotel/casino. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The pool and gym are nice and the buffet had variety. The surrounding area isn’t great, as tall buildings and a lot of construction. There really wasn’t much to do, hence we went to Koh rong island (a ferry ride away) to enjoy the beautiful beach. I enjoyed my peaceful nights stay and the facilities available. Room was comfortable with air con and fan options which worked well. Staff were friendly and the restaurant produced good food. I’d would have liked an option for a mosquito net as there were a lot, but otherwise a good one night.

Brand new hotel with excellent food and spa facilities on a white sand beach front with aqua blue clear sea. What else could you want. Being new there are some teething problems but minor which the GM Livo, is dealing with and very open minded to feedback. It is very private and quite, ideal if you want to get away from it all for a peaceful break. We did 5 nights in Siem Reap and 5 nights here, two very different types of holiday. The service from all is excellent which can only get better...

Lovely spot on the beach with wonderful views. We felt well looked after and the staff were kind and accommodating.
