"Nice view and good location. Bed was comfortable, but place was not very clean . Poor renovations completed with extension cords showing. Not a good fit for people with mobility issues. Front door did not have ramp, elevator was very narrow and wouldn’t fit a wheelchair or scooter. My husband had arm caught in elevator door and by Our 3 rd day, the elevator quit and we had to carry our own luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Way too expensive for what we expected"

"The home is a museum piece. Three bedroom, single bath, built around 1870s. History of the house can be found in the house. Bedrooms and single bath are upstairs. Kitchen with older stove and refrigerator, microwave. Owners next door."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fairholm Boutique Inns during our visit to Charlottetown. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well cared for.
The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many of Charlottetown’s restaurants, shops, and the waterfront, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable.
Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The property itself is full of character and charm, creating a relaxing environment.

"Do NOT book here. Do not let the photos on Expedia fool you. It is an old typical Charlottetown home converted to rooms. We checked in, (which is awful as you have to call a number and wait for them to call you back??), we looked around the room and IMMEDIATELY left WITH NO REFUND ISSUED. The sheets had either a blood or feces stain on it, the shower had a yellow moldy color, there was a portable floor ac unit with no where to plug it in?
