"Rooms were very clean with Fresh towels everyday. Staff were very friendly, especially in the dining room with delicious Food in the restaurant. Absolutely the best location to walk to restaurants, stores, entertainment. Also very convenient parking at the property but didn’t realize there was a fee, about $25 a day which is way too much considering the price of the rooms per night"

Plug for microwave fridge TV coffee maker and lights were all plugged into one outlet resulting in microwave not working - we were concerned about overloading a circuit and fridge not working in spoiling food. Shower floor, slippery, and dangerous, faucet in bathroom leaks constantly dripping. Breakfast was simply pathetic-no excuse for one piece of toast with a meal. "Great spot in Charlottetown, close to downtown and the Port. Couple things: they don’t have an elevator which wasn’t awesome being on the 3rd floor we had to do a few trips up and down when we got there as well as leaving. Also when we checked in it was mentioned that we could opt out of house keeping for a $10 gift card, we declined this offer but still never received any house keeping during our entire stay.
