"Breakfast was pretty good with quite a few options. Enjoyed that the room had a sofa however the bed was uncomfortable. The room also had a microwave and fridge which was helpful. The gym was quite nice. The room and eating area could have a bit more attention from cleaning staff. The front desk staff were not that friendly. There was an issue with the toilet running constantly."

"Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom was not clean, and there was a small, hardened substance on the bed sheet that had left a visible stain. The condition of the room was unacceptable to the point that we couldn’t even stay there for one night. When we contacted reception, they initially said there was nothing they could do, which was very frustrating. After insisting, they eventually offered us another room, but it had twin beds instead of the double bed we had...

"Easy to get to tourist areas & downtown, reception was friendly & helpful from where to eat, how to get u-ride drivers when we needed, we axtually extended out stay an extra day before going back to Halifax. Hats off to Kerstine, she went over & above to make our stay great. "

"The listing said there was not an elevator but was not expecting the unit to be on a second level. They were proactive advising as it was off season there were limited restaurants open. The hot water wasn’t working but they immediately took care of the issue and were very attentive to this issue. All necessary items were available in the kitchen. "
