"The Dundee Arms is a beautiful building and the rooms were very generous in size! The rooms were clean. It was in a convenient location and made getting out for sightseeing easy.
Our room faced the back of the building and while quiet most of the time, the building across the parking lot gets early morning deliveries so we were woken up each day by the 0400-0500ish delivery times. We did have our window open which wouldn't help the noise but we needed them open as it was warm in the room....

"I never rate reviews for hotels but I have to say, this hotel was just fabulous to start our vacation. The staff was super friendly and our room, and the premises were exceptionally clean. The breakfast in the morning was consistent and just perfect for people who wanted to have something quick.And then get on with their day. The coffee was super hot, and the staff was very, very nice. I highly recommend this as a great place in the middle of Charlottetown"
