"My 1st room smelled a lot like smoke and the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. After refusing a deodorizing room spray, I was moved to another room. The mattresses in both rooms were old, lumpy and very uncomfortable. I slept on the lounge chair the entire stay. When asked for the room to be cleaned, filling the body soap dispenser was missed and I had to ask for it to be filled. When I engaged the cleaning staff for towels or the liquid soap, they were nice and responded immediately. The...

"The room was really clean and I liked the walk in shower. All of the staff were really helpful and answered all of our questions. It was hard to regulate the room temperature. That was the only thing we didn't like. The food was good at Bread and Butter Cafe and the casino had a lot of slot machines that were good. We will be back next year!"

"Exterior needs maintenance. The paint is not just peeling off the wall; sections of plaster are missing. Brickwork is crumbling. Landscaping is overgrown, and the grass needs cutting. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was good, but it needs more selections. The restaurant area is understaffed and very slow."

"Very clean premises, both the lobby area and my room. They did not offer continental breakfast which was disappointing but they did offer free coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the lobby was not working when I needed it the most - in the morning. They have an attached restaurant but it was Indian food, which I do not eat. There was a McDonald's and Red Lobster in walking distance to the hotel. I was awakened many times throughout the night by freight trains zooming by the hotel. ...
