"The hotel was good but noisy. I did not realize when i booked it that the parking was not free. It also requires that you use your phone and pay with the App before you go to the get which is not understood by everyone, therefore you wait at the gate when someone for got to do it. 2 cars were in that situation before i was able to get out. The breakfast was ok, but waiting time to get a table was too long."

"The hotel was good, the number of elevator was not enough. We spend a lot of time waiting for it to come. The breakfast was ok, waffle are only on weekend, not week day. During the week day you get silverware and the weekend, plasticware. That said, it is clean, the room was great, and people were nice ( the person at the counter forgot to give us the breakfast tickets, but it was quickly fix the next morning)."

"The room King Bed room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out with friendly staff was easy and swift. Continental breakfast was appreciated, but a few more selections are needed. The little coffee shop was inviting but did not appear to be staffed at any time during our stay. The common area with the fireplace was great and we enjoyed relaxing on the chairs by the fire. We liked the Sonesta and would stay again."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times before but this time I’m not sure why this stay the hotel seemed like they were on a budget. There was no bar soap to wash hands and when requested, front desk sends one small bar. The coffee area didn’t have fresh supplies for use. The cream, sugar, and stirrer packet was open! The thermometer didn’t work, and the iron cord was not working properly and I was unable to put the cord back into the iron. Not sure if I’m going back"
