"Unser Aufenthalt war von vorne bis hinten einfach fantastisch. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt war traumhaft. Die Lösung mit den eigens für die Hotels angelegten Parkplätzen und Shuttles hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Angestellten und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Selbst Sonnenliegen am Strand sind mit drin. Zimmer waren sauber und alles war perfekt. Eins der Highlights war das Frühstück, welches in einem kleinen Café um die Ecke serviert wird. "Dieses besonders schöne und saubere Hotel lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist in einem ansehnlichen und gepflegten Zustand. Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe sucht, wäre es die etwas abseits gelegene Lage. Bis zum Hafen/Strand muss man etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg und die Überwindung einiger Höhenmeter einplanen."

"Hotelli on erittäin hyvin ylläpidetty. Huoneemme oli tilava ja kerrankin kylpyhuoneessa oli riittävästi tilaa myös omalle kosmetiikkalle. Näkymä parvekkeelta järvelle oli esteetön. Kylpylässä saimme elämämme parhaan hieronnan. Uima-altaalta oli myös upea järvi- ja vuorimaisema. Ainoana miinuksena on hotellin etäisyys lähikylästä (noin 15 minuuttia autolla). "Wonderful, scenic location with outstanding views of. With a car, the whole of Lake Garda is very accessible and we found port parking to access ferrys and in town exploration very easy (even during Aug peak season). The restaurant was simply excellent - the staff, the food, the setting. Though not our intention, we dined at the property each evening given how beautiful and satisfying it all was. "Breakfast was decent to save some euro and it was clean. When we arrived at 3pm it was too late for them to set up a rollaway bed for our 4 yr old. The beds were uncomfortable . The location is on a busy street with a bar beside them that plays very loud musaic until 10-11pm some nights."

"Amazing Property and Spa, My second time there and I will be back. Lake Garda is amazing area and this hotel is icing on the cake. Every part of this hotel is a 5 star experience. "A truly special place. The staff are incredible and genuinely can’t do enough for you. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are lovely and very well maintained, and the free spa access is a fantastic bonus. The spa was also very quiet during our stay.
