"L’aria condizionata era estremamente rumorosa, al punto da renderne impossibile l’uso durante la notte.
I muri presentavano evidenti segni di umidità e scrostature, specialmente in prossimità dell’unità di condizionamento e dei muri perimetrali
Il pavimento risultava visibilmente sporco specialmente nel bagno
Il bidet era praticamente inutilizzabile per via della posizione infelice e delle distanze rispetto ai muri e agli altri sanitari.
