"The check-in process was great, friendly staff person and provided all the information I needed for the stay. After that though it went downhill. the room was clean at first glance, but after that, I realized it was not that clean. The air filters were dirty. The HVAC unit sounded and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The paint looked like it was covering up other issues. Things were broken in the bathroom and room. "Someone knocked on my door and jiggled with the handle several times in the night. There were bugs in the room and bathroom (stink bugs). I put a do no disturb sign on my door. And i could still tell that someone came in my room and moved things around while I was away. "
