"The hotel is Amazing what makes it so special are the staff they are so kind and helpful and very professional. I can’t remember all the names but I remember Aroosa and kamaran both were so sweet and caring super helpful made us feel right at home . The hotel itself is beautiful clean I can’t find any fault and this was my second time here and my whole family enjoyed their stay and the hotel is very close to so many tourist attractions the area itself is beautiful. "We just stayed one night while doing shopping in Lahore, Check in experience was bit too much formal, lucky we had all the required documents. I will rate this hotel a 4 star not really 5 star. Breakfast was wonderful and had a big selection of traditional and intercontinental food. Staff at breakfast even catered the personalised requests which was great. Overall this was quite pricy for price to comparable hotels in Lahore. I booked in rush without seeing the price coming was in US dollars not in Australian dollars. Overall great service and reasonable cleaning."
