"No Airport pick up provided, despite it’s clearly noted in Expedia booking comments. No one from Hotel reached out to me for any details or confirmation. Called them ahead of time to confirm about the Airport pickup and I was assured it will be done but didn’t happen. I can’t remember all the names but I remember Aroosa and kamaran both were so sweet and caring super helpful made us feel right at home .
