"The hotel lobby, reception and dining area was good. It's a big hotel and conveniently located. The room where I stayed was spacious. However there are a few issues which if resolved can really improve the rating. The bathroom needs renovation. Not a major one but it needs a good upgrade. The linen needs to be completely replaced with new ones. Then ones provided were dirty or seemed dirty. I got the pillows replaced. The replacement ones weren't too clean either. Someone really needs to look at...

"Wonderful stay. Beautiful hotel, great service. The buffet breakfast/dinners were INCREDIBLE. They even give you a cell phone to take so you can have wifi access while in Islamabad. Friendly staff, great spa. Highly recommend!!"
