"Great room, respectful staff & location was perfect, the view was immaculate"

"On a couple of occasions, we also had to ask more than once for face towels, which was another small but noticeable service issue. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and"

"Extremely dirty and poorly maintained hotel. I booked it in a rush and didn’t realize what a dump it is. Walls are thin so you can hear other people and guests upstairs kept dragging their furniture until 2 am. People were talking outside in the lobby which we could hear in our room all night."

"Awesome service i booked it for my family and they loved it"

"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I would suggest the hotel to have better insulation as cold air kept creeping through whilst it was already cold. The bed sheet were slightly stained which was disappointing. The main building of the hotel was pretty and the breakfast was just okay nothing spectacular. There was free parking available for those driving. The hotel is a 15/20 mins drive to Mall Road. The staff at the hotel were kind and professional."

"My stay was quiet and comfortable. Recommended for families looking peace in murree."
