"Our 1 week stay at the hotel was amazing! We got a room overlooking the main pedestrian square with incredible views of Lake Geneva. The location was great for exploring the area with restaurants and stores steps away. The service was also helpful and friendly."

"The room was a lot smaller than expected and the bedroom was actually on extend to the lounge with only a bifold door separating them. You couldn’t watch the tv as the sofas were not able to be positioned in the right place. Unfortunately there was shards of glass on one of the sofas which my daughter cut her hand on. They did attempt to hoover it up with the most disgusting dirty hoover I have ever seen. But in the end had to change the cover. They weren’t very apologetic about this and...

"Check in was ridiculous. Had to wait two hours & then felt like we were an inconvenience. Room was terrible… needs repairs, things broken, no hand/dish soap. There were bugs on the floor! Never recommend it!"

"Room was lovely and reception staff very helpful. There is a lot of noise with the trucks going past every night so definitely would ask for a quieter room next time. We didn’t have a great experience with the restaurant. Had dinner the first night and wouldn’t recommend that again as the service wasn’t great and they were dismissive, food all came out at once so they kept our mains warm until we were ready which didn’t work well with steak. "The hotel has an excellent location, nice rooms, and even a small elevator. It would get a 10 if not for lacking air conditioning, and a mini fridge would also be useful. I give it an 8 due to these two things. We opened the windows and these made the room cooler at night, but in the morning be prepared for delivery vehicles and street sweepers noises. The price was right, breakfast was good, and staff were nice. I would stay again."
