"My husband and I stayed here in May after spending a week in Hampton Bays for a wedding due to an early morning flight out and conflicts with the train schedule. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast your typical continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and staff kept the area clean and replenished. The hotel is conveniently located by the Jamaica Center Station and the AirTrain to JFK. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Everything was good except the location; it was very inconvenient to reach Manhattan. Please consider the shuttles based on the requests too. I came at 11.07, and by the time we got a response, the service was closed, and we struggled with the baby to reach the subway station. "

"The room service and the staff at the reception wasn’t helpful at all. One of the days, we requested for the room service to clean up the room 2-3 times and waited outside the room in the lobby to be cleaned for couple of hours. The staff at the reception were not cooperative. I will never return to this and will never recommend this to anyone!"
