"The staff was great, it’s very convenient to the airport & our room was comfortable, but the place didn’t feel very clean. The lobby area, lobby bathrooms, public hall ways were not well kept. Our bedding was very comfortable & clean, but other areas of the room had stains & just seemed not up to par for a Hilton property. Of course the prices at the convenient market are offensively high."

"Property is located in a great neighborhood called Long Island city. Great vibe. Great New York style pizzeria 2 blocks away, around the corner has a great Latin food restaurant called mama’s. Close Queens bourough bridge. I walked across into manhattan. I will come back to go to a Mets game"

"Our stay at the Holiday Inn was very disappointing. Only one elevator was working, which caused long waits and made moving luggage around extremely inconvenient. The rooms were much smaller than expected and did not include even basic complimentary items like toothpaste. Although there was a TV in the room, almost everything required extra payment, including children’s movies costing around $24.99 each. "Elevator is not working at all. They give me a room on 5th floor and didn’t deducted a price for elevator. For a single person travelling alone, it’s a better option at good price. Area is ok ok and room size is enough for one person"
