"Gorgeous wooden memorable hotel. It has wonderful charm and one of few buildings which has a sea view. We swam a few meters away from steps leading down into the sea water; ate and sipped drinks on the balcony; sat amongst the roses in the garden; read and browsed photographic book oks in the lounge. "Very good location in the middle of a quaint little town. Near the ferry and close to free parking options. The owners were so helpful by providing us with a to go breakfast one morning when we had to leave well before the official breakfast start time. "

"Huset har bevaret sit originale udtryk på trods af renovering gennem tiden. Den lille plads i huset er en del af charmen. Der manglede dog et fjernsyn eller i det mindste en radio. Det ville være et plus hvis der havde været en husmappe. Vi måtte lede en del for at finde el måler. Og det lykkedes ikke på de 3 dage vi var der et finde en udvendig skraldespand. Rengøring var fin men grundet størrelsen på gård var der ikke plads til hynder og lignende som havde fået plads i stuen og i bryggers i...

"No toilet papers, no towels, no garbage bins, absolutely no one to help to check-in. Nightmare to open the key box. We suffered badly in -7C weather for 2 hours to open the key box. Support phones don’t work. Absolutely ghost place. No one to even talk to or seek help. Poor bed. They charge for cleaning separately and there is cleaning inspection fee separately. "Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...
