Beautifully maintained heritage property ! Comfortable room and amenities .( Only negative point was lack of hot water in the evening so on late arrival we had to have cold showers ! )Very good service from the staff. We enjoyed our stay very much . Wish we could have stayed longer .

Excellent stay at this traditional Indian guest house. Rooms were quiet, cool and comfortable and they have a very nice roof terrace overlooking Jaipur’s rooftops and up towards the Tiger Fort. They serve ice cold beer on the terrace which is very welcome as not many places in Jaipur sell alcohol. Lovely hotel with a more traditional feel. Everything was good. No complaints other than the roof top restaurant could do with more lighting. Otherwise great hotel and would highly recommend

Lovely and homely property with brilliantly courteous staff that you can find only in India. The food was excellent (although over 3 days got a bit repetitive). I loved the rooms, the arrangements, and thank you for the staff for arranging for the safari, the transport onward, and everything else. Memorable stay at Sawai Madhopur thanks to the Lodge.

We were absolutely amazed by the loveliness at the Ajit Bhawan. We were welcomed with a cold drink and a cold flannel for our hands and face. We were shown to our room which exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, spotless and superb. The outside patio was amazing. The staff were simply first class. The pool area was the best we have seen whilst in India. The food was delicious with plenty of choice. We only wish we had spent longer here and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for...

When we arrived we were not so sure we had made the right decision to stay because of the surrounding area. We soon discovered that we had found a gem. Our room was comfortable and the bed a dream. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble, We stayed three nights and dined there every night. The food was seriously good and in our opinion the chef is talented. If we ever return to Jaipur we will certainly return to The Royal Heritage Haveli.

Couldn't fault this hotel, great location, beautiful room and views from the balcony, staff were superb. Lots of lovely little touches as well. Was tempted just to stay forever.

Nice heritage property with beautiful view of nature.

Beautiful cottages in the forest - very quiet, clean, comfortable! Unique accommodation with hiking trails where you can see lots of birds. Food is great, served at the outdoor restaurant, owls kept us company for dinner! Don't miss this place! So different from your chain hotel stay!

Absolutely stunning part palace part hotel. Stayed on the Golden Suite which had comfy double bed and separate small sitting room. Close to the fort. Lovely rooftop restaurant and separate breakfast room. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

A lovely heritage property, very helpful staff. It's an very large old building which has some renovation work going on (this did not disturb me in the slightest as it was far from my room). It did make it a little dusty but this is unavoidable as renovations will always be needed to maintain old buildings. Nice room, could do with blackout curtains as there are many windows and some light coming in during the night.

Was one of only a very few guests and, perhapos because of this, but no complaints from me, I got absolute top treatment from the beginning. The facilities were so atmospheric, just full of the ambience of a bygone era.One staff member, Syam, must be singled out for the way he made me feel so much at home and certainly went the extra mile to ensure my stay here and experience of the real history of this whole area, the forts, havelis, the local people was an experience I will always remember....

We had a very pleasant stay over looking a beautiful pool and lawn away from the noise and bustle of the town while giving easy access to the many well decorated Havelis. The staff were helpful, pleasant and well dressed. Our only reservation was that the smart restaurant had only a very limited vegetarian menu with spice levesl to suit most European tastes but not British. The very friendly owner assured us that given notice the these reservations could be overcome.
