"Absolutely incredible hotel. Would recommend to anyone! From start to finish everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived on New Year's Eve and the hotel put on a big party with music, drinks, food, dancing and fireworks. It was such a special occasion. The owner and all staff went out of their way to help with anything we need. They booked our safari tickets for us and arranged transport to take us there and back. The room was amazing and photos do not do it...

"We loved our stay in Arya Niwas The hotel reminded me of old British colony movies which made it even more interesting. The green lawn at the front with a very pleasant female singer (with such beautiful voice) starting the morning was a plus to the whole memory of our stay. "The staff was most accommodating. We were given rooms on the 4th floor. My mother didn’t like the steps. The hotel moved us to the first floor/ground floor. Awesome rooms. The decor and areas match the pictures. Very soothing and zen environment to sit and enjoy the Jaipur morning and evening. The food was great. We ate there three nights plus breakfast. Excellent spread. The owner lives on the property and keeps an eye on things. His dog putters around the property. "

"We stayed for just 1 night but it was made extremely comfortable and memorable by the great service we received from HR Palace! Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. The hotel manager Mr. Anuj went out of his way in making sure that our needs were very well met, even though our stay was just for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms clean and tidy. Their morning breakfast...

"It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. "
