"The Room was at best low expectations. The bathroom was terrible! Shower glass didn't fog up so when a person was in the shower or going to the bathroom so exposed to the room. The door leaked in the shower and was a large safety as if I don't see all the water all over when you stepped out and that was excessive. The coffee machine had particles floating in the machine. (gross) Another concern about the all around cleanliness of the room."

"The room was spacious and very clean. Great location and friendly staff. My only suggestion is to add a small shelf below the bathroom sink, as there is very little counter space on the bathroom vanity for personal items. The pillows are excellent and I always like having a duvet covered in clean, white sheets. Wait until you experience the powerful water pressure in the shower. It's a free massage."

"Beautiful spacious room which I really enjoyed. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Facilities were limited but adequate as there were places to eat nearby. Breakfast was a minimal self-service standard which wasn’t particularly appealing but it seems like this is the standard in Canada."

"It was a well kept Hotel with friendly Staff. We were disappointed there was nothing for breakfast, no coffee available and everything had to be paid for as extras. Will probably not go back if ever in the area again. Most hotels offer continental breakfast and charge less to stay at comparable accommodation."

"Room was clean and sufficient. Sad the hot tub was closed for the season. Appreciated use of an exterior 110 plug in when we brought the Baller Food Truck to Valemount Days."

"Staff were friendly however there was a burn hole in the curtains and they didn’t close properly, there were no bedside tables and not enough covers on the bed. It was cold."
