"I think this hotel would be great for families seemed like there was a lot of kids around. Not that great for just s couple. Lady at the front desk was not all that nice, as I requested a higher floor Ina quiet location and received a room on the 2nd floor. No attempt was made to switch us rooms. I found the restaurant to be quite expensive. All in all not a couples hotel, and definitely not a relaxing environment."

"We didn’t have room cleaned during our stay. Not sure whether it is due to busy season or short stay. Only get fresh towels hanging to our room door. It is very beautiful resort and has direct access to the beach. We really enjoyed our ocean view room and had a wonderful time exploring the beach when the tides were low."

"Very disappointed. Could not check in at the advertised time. Had to sit and wait close to an hour before room was ready. Pre check in is useless because they don't look at it. So any information you give them is wasted time. Unit was not air-conditioned as advertised. Parking is scarce at certain times during the day. Staff at front desk were poor. Terrible customer service. I would find another resort on my next visit to the area."

"Our trip was ok. The location is beautiful. The rooms felt very dated. Our room had a few large stains on the carpet. Each staff member didn’t seem to have a proper answer to any of our questions. The restaurant on site is closed down as well."

"Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean tidy room and well maintained. The linens and towels were clean and were neatly replaced or done each day. The stay included complimentary continental breakfast which was really good. The lady at the breakfast counter was really courteous and was replenishing food frequently. All of the front staff were really courteous and were helpful.
