"Friendly staff"

"They gave us a room with a broken refrigerator that can’t be fixed as they told us later, no phone connection to the reception, broken TV, and rude staff. When we asked to be transferred to another room with better view, the reception staff were not accepting that until they sent someone to try to fix all these issues. "Tv didn’t work We asked for more towel and they told us to wait the day after even if the hotel was empty . The “breakfast” was already included we just had a glass of water and oj and when we asked for 2 cappuccino they told us it’s not included so we pay it for it . Picture of advertising are not really the same of the reality of the room ."

"Staff was amazing, special mention to Drogi(Georgi) he was over the top helpful, from getting bags from the car to give directions and just over all friendliness. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and got around very easily. Lana was very kind, friendly and helpful, made check in very easy.
