"The staff was welcoming and offered good recommendations on places to eat. While the hotel was very clean, I did experience an incident at the bar. While having a drink/dinner there, a mouse ran out from the restaurant/table area towards the bar. I don't think there's much one can do to deal with mice in an urban area, and especially one that is near a convention center that looks pretty desolate and underutilized. That said, the room was really clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful...

"The property was not well maintained. The first two rooms they put us in are not good, one had a horrible smell, probably from carpet glue. The third one was okay. Overall it was not very clean. The bathroom looked like it needed a huge scrubbing . There were stains in the shower. Things on the wall were not tightly affixed. There was missing pieces of wall behind the toilet.. The breakfast was all store-bought food and packages just sitting out except hard-boiled eggs and those were probably...

"We were very disappointed, the hotel needs renovation, and looked tired. There was a smoky smell throughout, but not a cigarette smell but a fire smell. We were given a room and found that the TV was inoperable. An employee tried to fix it but couldn’t and we moved to another room.
There are other choices in the area, I wish this had been a better experience."
