"Reserved the hotel to attend the Newport Boat Show, and the location truly was perfect, within easy walking distance to the events, restaurants, and everything happening in town. Unfortunately, the room itself felt dated and definitely needs an upgrade for the price they charge.
Also, be careful with parking. We arrived early knowing our room wouldn’t be ready, but were hit with an extra $50 fee on top of the $35 parking charge simply because we pulled in at 11 AM instead of 2 PM. There were...

"Excellent experience at Pelham court hotel. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful! We were very comfortable there with our dog and the location was amazing! So close to the waterfront and all the major attractions of the area. Such a wonderful place. We will definitely return! Thank you!"

"The Hotel Providence is described as being a boutique hotel, that's just a nice word for old. The hotel is located directly across the street from a homeless outreach center. Everyday, all day and night people in need are just gathered on the street/sidewalks In front of the center making walking uncomfortable. I was asked for money several times.
