"Wir waren zum vierten Mal in dem Hotel. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und die Anlage sauber. Früher gab es Prosecco am Buffet, das wurde leider abgeschafft. Wir kommen hier immer wieder, weil es nicht zu überlaufen ist und die Qualität kontinuierlich gut ist. Wer nicht gerne geht sollte ein Zimmer am Hotel komplex direkt buchen. Sehr viele Zimmer liegen oben am Berg, dort fährt ein kostenloser Shuttle Bus hoch - mal pünktlicher, mal nicht. Die Zimmer sind sauber; das Essen köstlich. Achtung:...

"5 night stay in suite with Mountain View on 9th floor. Nice bright room, clean, sofa bed for 3rd adult, 2 bathrooms one with just toilet and basin, double balcony, some sun in afternoon. Breakfast had lots of choice, didn’t see anything GF however if that’s what you require. Nice pool area with one on the roof too. Drinks and food expensive. Beach sunbeds free. "Excellent séjour fin mai. Nous avions une chambre avec jacuzzi chauffé, vue sur mer. La chambre était parfaite, excellente literie, transat sur le balcon. Le bar propose des snack de qualité et d’excellents cocktails. Le buffet le soir est renouvellé tous les jour et c’est très bon ! Possible de louer une voiture directement depuis le hall de l’hôtel, accès à des boutiques, épicerie et pharmacie en 2 min à pied. On reviendra c’est certain. "

"Unser Aufenthalt im Atlantica Imperial Resort Adults Only war insgesamt wirklich toll! Die Anlage ist sehr, sehr schön gestaltet sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und konnten richtig abschalten. Ein echtes Highlight: Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen eine tolle Überraschung, die den Urlaub gleich noch besser gemacht hat! "Dieses Hotel bietet eine sehr schöne Anlage mit gepflegten Gärten und ansprechenden Pools, die jedoch tagsüber wenig Schatten bieten. Der Kieselstrand zeichnet sich durch schnell tiefer werdendes, klares Wasser aus. Die Doppelzimmer mit Schlafcouch waren in Ordnung, allerdings gab es kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten und keine Möglichkeit, Badesachen zu trocknen. "A great all inclusive experience. Room virtually on the beach. Pools all very clean and excellent service at pool bars. Restaurant buffet food good quality and lots of choice our only qualm would be the lack of availability in the speciality restaurants unless you plan ahead - we didn't eat at a speciality restaurant. Excellent service in buffet. Front house reception staff always very helpful."

"This place stands out because of its amazing staff. From bellboy George to bartenders Tereza and Sophia, every interaction was warm and welcoming. The waitstaff, including Vasilas, Petra, and Alexandra, the redhead lady from a la carte restaurants, made our meals special. We hope management recognises their hard work! "Absolutely amazing, brilliant staff, food & hotel! We upgraded our room to a suite on arrival as the smaller rooms are pretty small & dark, definitely would do this on arrival it’s €25/30 a night. The only problem is the sunbeds. They get taken by 9am & staff removed belongings on random days which can be an issue, doesn’t seem to be enough sunbeds for the guests at the hotel. I couldn’t recommended the staff and food highly enough, will defo be returning!! "
