"We reserved a Family Suite which advertised having a king bed for parents plus a twin bed for a kid. What they gave us seemed like an upgrade compared to what was advertised: two adjoining rooms, one with a king bed, the other with two twin beds, so that our kid got her own room with its own bathroom. "The hotel is clean and staff are prompt and friendly. The view of Copacabana from the room and roof deck are breathtaking. We had a few issues in our bathroom with fixtures coming loose off the wall. We called and they had it fixed immediately. Upon checkout I found it odd they added another room’s bar charge to my room’s bill. When I questioned it at checkout, the front desk associate asked if they, the other room’s guests, were my friends. Was odd to me given the receipt clearly had someone...

"We are from Australia and we were impressed that all the staff spoke English. The location was amazing and so were the views from the rooftop bar. There was a small gym and pool which we used and we were also able to run along the beach due to the hotel's close proximity. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had lots of options and the restaurant overlooked the beach. We hope to return! Highly recommend!"
