"From check-in to check-out every day, I had issues: one of my rooms wasn't set up with 2 single beds as requested. It took them 1 hr and 15 minutes to fix it. I had breakfast included, and they couldn't find the confirmation. Expedia apologized and offered a discount for the next time. The keys stop working the moment you step out of the hotel. The toilet seat and the towel holder were broken. Only fixes on my last day. The cleaning crew forgot to clean our rooms"

"Overall, the property was nice. The staff was helpful. The location was not great. The Beach location was very good. The buffet was fair but they messed up reservations on dinner. Other than that. It was a good stay"

"The service was superb. Property shows some wear after 10 years. Pool wasn’t heated as should be. Location is great and the simple but efficient beach service is a nice touch. Hopefully I’ll come back next year."

"We would gladly stay at the Arena Ipanema again. Hotel modern, great location, excellent customer service with staff all welcoming and who went out of their way to help. Really nice breakfasts In their excellent restaurant, where we also took lunch and dinner. Rooftop bar provides good views."

"This property is in a perfect location to the action on the beach
Staff pleasant especially Renna at check in he was very welcoming and helpful even gladly helped arrange a last minute tour which was excellent
I would stay there again
The only drawback was breakfast I could not enjoy the soft scrambled eggs and sausage everyday they should consider variety ..all in all a wonderful clean place"
