"Check in was quick and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Mattress and pillows were comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower had lots of hot water. I was on the ground floor facing the parking lot but I didn't hear any noise or commotion outside. Slept great both nights so this is on my short list of hotels in Roanoke so I will be back. Thank you to all of the staff for what they provide for their guests."

"I chose this hotel because I was traveling with 2 dogs. Unlike many hotels, I was charged a flat fee of $25 per night to cover checking in with pets. That I liked. Downside: my room, #101, had a foul odor that hit me each time I opened its door. Reminded me of the smell of spraying done by a cat I owned decades ago. "Breakfast was cold cereal. Boiled eggs. About the worst continental breakfast I’ve seen."

"The shuttle only ran once an hour to the airport. It was only a five min drive. Not sure why it was so limited."
