"Apparently they recently changed to a new key card system and I was locked out of my room almost every single day of my stayed. It took multiple trips to reception to reactivate our key cards. After long days in conferences all we wanted was to hit the pillow not deal with any issues."

"I stay here frequently and have no major complaints. Beds are comfortable, bathroom clean, AC works great, free parking. Breakfast could be improved - today there was no fruit but it is acceptable. Housekeepers should be taught to turn off alarm set on clocks in rooms by former guests. Yesterday it went off at 5:30 am! Next time I will check this carefully before going to sleep."

"The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was great. It was nice to have a pool they just need a better filter on the pool. They also need to wash the shower curtain there was moldy buil up on the bottom of it. Loved the location of the hotel and the size of the room."

"ONE PERSON in this location destroyed the reputation for everyone who's worked so hard to make this a really nice place. But read this as it is very relevant to anyone considering staying at the Inn of Rockwall: The clerk on duty, Sunday am, claimed he "couldn't find" my reservation after I'd been here several days and had rebooked without issue. I'd paid in advance several times and it had gone off without a hitch. This time, he refused to cooperate. He ruined the reputation"

"It is an older property, but was very clean and the associates were very helpful. Elevators needed to be cleaned and they didn’t service my room the second day, but for a short stay, it was very good. It is close to places to eat and a WalMart is across the street."

"When we arrived we noticed no vehicles in the parking lot. There was a note on the front door stating the hotel had a fire back on May 2nd. Noone from Expedia nor the hotel contacted us to notify us the hotel was closed. I will be filing a challenge with my credit card company for a full refund. I was forced to scramble for a place to stay. Expedia you are horrible. Never again. You will hear from me again. "

"Very clean property. Beautiful pool, gym. I even had washer and dryer in my unit. Smart tv. I felt very safe and right at home in my unit!! Beautiful Fresh market on corner. Very nice location. Will definitely stay again. "
