"Chambre très confortable, personnel très réactive et bienveillant, les équipements sont bien. Seul bémol la clientèle qui se pensent tout permis et qui parlent mal voir même très mal au personnel de l hôtel et casino et sans respect pour les autres clients de l hotel"

"The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared.
There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. The only downside was that the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner...

"The room was good, but what stood out here was the amazing staff. Carmen at reception was amazingly friendly and had great advice. The food at the restaurant was also amazing. Try the Romanian traditional dishes for dinner and grilled vegetables. The service from Diana in the restaurant was superb. Lasty, be sure and order breakfast buffet! OMG - my Mom said was the best in her 78 years. Veggies, fruit, cheeses, meats."
