"Lovely room, friendly staff, great breakfast. Ideal location in old town. Only a slight moan was our room was at back of hotel overlooking side street with a couple of bars. It got a little bit noisy between about 2am and 5am with locals leaving bars."

"The hotel was clean enough just needs a bit of an update in the bathrooms and bedrooms. There was an awful sewage smell in the stairwell hall so we didn’t explore the sauna as felt it was coming from there. Bar and hotel staff we all lovely, so welcoming and friendly - couldn’t do enough! "

"Saubere Zimmer, ärgerlich waren die Türen zwischen den unterschiedlichen Zimmern, daher waren die Zimmer hellhörig. Wir hatten ein Baby und unsere Nachbarn waren jüngere Damen (Schüler?) die nachts gegen die Tür klopften. Unser Klodeckel fehlte. Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung, leider nur wenig Brotauswahl. Ansonsten total sauber und sehr zentral. Personal sehr freundlich."

"We had a generally decent stay, with some definite positives and a few irritations. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free, which we appreciated. The location is very convenient and made getting around easy. The shower had good water pressure and didn’t leak. That said, there were some drawbacks. Annoyingly, there was no safe in the room, which felt like an oversight. Worst of all, 3 out of the 4 plug sockets stopped working;...

"The room was ok the beds were ok and comfortable. The beds were made but the sheet did not get changed after the first night. The bathroom towels were small they could have provided at least a bath sheet size as an option. No access to kettle or even hot drinks by the hotel. This was very difficult for me as I am used to having hot drinks and it was very cold outside. The shower panels were missing from the shower cubicle. I would have preferred a continental breakfast option with more...

"Overall the room is good. The bathroom has a lot of leaks. The shower has leaks around the door. The both shower hands are leaking. The carpetting needs to be washed."
