"I didn't stay in Europa Royale due to their renovation project. But the staff was excellent to contact me in advance, and transferred my reservation to Mercure Bucharest Urinii, which is a great hotel. We loved two nights at Mercure. For this, I want to thank the Europa Royale staff!! "

"Old world charm but with modern amenities. We loved everything about this hotel, in particular, the staff. To a person they went out of their way to accommodate us. As an example, on our last day and check out, they not only called a cab for us but walked outside to show us where it was waiting and even helped with our bags! The restaurant was also first rate. We had a wonderful dinner there with an even more wonderful server, Erik. I can't say enough about this charming hotel!"

"Es gab ein großes Manko beim Hotel, und zwar, dass es nur ein Fenster und einer Breite von 30 cm gab. Das muss angekündigt sein. Alles andere war gut. Def nette Herf beim spàten Check In war ein einmaliger Charakter"

"The hotel was generally nice and clean but like most hotels, the foyer gave a more stylish impression than the actual rooms. The decor in the rooms was dated and basic. There was AC but it was very subtle and even at the lowest temp and highest fan, it barely touched the temperature in the room. This was early June so I would not like to be in the hotel in peak summer when the temperatures would be much higher.
