"Hotel is in a great location, central to the old town and within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and cafes and the bus stop for the Express 100 bus to/from the airport. Hotel is modern and clean and staff are lovely. Amenities are minimal for a high end hotel (ie kettle but no coffee machine, shop in lobby rather than stocked mini bar, vanity kits in bathroom on request only) but it had everything you need and is great for a short stay."

"Arrived order breakfast day 1 130ron each breakfast great day 2 breakfast was not the best my wife ordered from al carte menu and i then got her a coffee then got my Breakfast myself ate that went up for some cakes and fruit i then finished mine joanna was still waiting asked again then was told she had to wait few mins to prepare it was lost in transit she eventually got her breakfast and was good, i then sat and watch her eat on her own apart from that it was great "

"This room was great and in a great corner of the city to see museums and nightlife. BUT the breakfast was great. I was sad to check out because this was the best I’ve had in Europe so far (I mean… the bar is low) but I think there was something for everyone. The bed was very comfy and the rooms were quiet."

"Das Hotel scheint gerade frisch saniert worden zu sein. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Im Stadtzentrum gelegen lassen sich alle Erkundungen gut zu Fuß erledigen. Vom Flughafen (OTP) haben wir einen Uber genommen (15-20€). Taxi kostet ähnlich, nimmt aber nur Bargeld. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. "

"The Hotel looks good, staff are helpful and it's in a very good location. I stayed in an executive room with lounge access for a week. I was disappointed by the hotel not providing a free bottle of water each night, as all other hotels I've stayed at offer this, you'll get one bottle per stay. The only other complaint was that I got eaten by bed bugs. The Spa is run by another company, steam room was warm but no steam. "Close to airport we decided to move hotels closer to therme spa only about 1mile so very handy it will cost you about £10 return trip But watch you don't get stuck in traffic aircon works and clean rooms ,fridge was not the best but staff gave me ice so happy around would definitely stay again"

"The room was ok the beds were ok and comfortable. The beds were made but the sheet did not get changed after the first night. The bathroom towels were small they could have provided at least a bath sheet size as an option. No access to kettle or even hot drinks by the hotel. This was very difficult for me as I am used to having hot drinks and it was very cold outside. The shower panels were missing from the shower cubicle.
