"Avis mitigé, le positif: le personnel, le prix de la nuit, la literie et un parking gratuit. le negatif : l hôtel mérite effectivement une remise aux niveaux actuels. Pas de wifi, salle petit dej etrange, on mange face au mur , et peu de choix pour 8e. L insonorisation est limité côté route, En résumé on y dort, mais il serait top d avoir des chambres plus actuelles a tout point de vue avec un prix légèrement supérieur."

"Overall it was just Ok. Room was small Breakfast very basic When we checked out there was no attendant for a while. after a while I found the attendant outside helping a customer with a bike. I would expect a4 star hotel to provide better reception service."

"The location was great. The room was small and needs upgrading. Unable to drive our car into the hotel parking lot. Limited information given regarding this at check in. The breakfast was adequate. The air conditioner in our room made a constant whining sound, and was not very effective. Annecy is a beautiful place to visit but this hotel needs some improvements made."

"Sehr schöenes und ruhiges Zimmer. Überraschend, ttäuschend und sehr hochpreisig ist die Menu-Auswahl für den Abend - sehr fischbetont und mit zu vielen Gängen. Dass nebst dem relativ teueren Zimmer auch noch der Parkplatz bezahlt werden muss, bestätigt uns den Eindruck, nicht wiederzukommen."

"This is a fantastic luxury hotel on the edge of Lake Annecy which is stunning, with crystal blue waters Annecy is a wonderful place to visit with mountains, lakes and city. The staff were warm and attentive. Our room and the available facilities are fantastic and the fine dining experience was stellar. We booked this hotel as a stopping off point on our journey home from an enjoyable Italian holiday and this turned out to be an amazing discovery and a highlight of the whole trip. We will...
