Cari Hotel di Rwanda

"Hotel is functional. Located at convention centre so security processes are quite strict (X ray car and X ray all bags. Hotel failed to recognise my expedia platinum status entitling me to a free drink. When they requested a review I stated that I haven't received a drink voucher but the staff made no effort to rectify the situation. It is fine for a quick night on arrival or before departure from airport."

"Great hotel, great staff!"

"My money was not refunded in my credit card"

"The place was perfect for a brief stay before our flight, as it is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle. The driver was very helpful and made our arrival in Kigali smooth and easy."

"As"

"The staff are very warm and helpful. The rooms are clean. It is a peaceful place."

"The bathroom had a lot of mould on the ground as the curtain did not stop water from spilling out of the shower area. The bathroom fan did not work, and the window in the bathroom strangely opened into the hallway. Staff were nice and helpful, and the air conditioning was nice, however the bed was very hard."

"Just for context this trip was about the 10th to Kigali in the past 18 months during which time my colleagues have stayed at a variety of more expensive places. They are idiots!!! 2000 Downtown has the best staff, best value, biggest rooms and convenient location. Pay $30 more to stay in a glorified closet in a "boutique" or just stay in a huge room with a comfy bedin the centre of downtown with great courteous and helpful staff. Your choice"

"No breakfasts included very poor service check-in was impossible via QR code "

"I stayed at the property for the history of it. However, I was particularly impressed with the genuine friendliness of everyone in the hotel. This is rare."

"I like it, the place is very clean and nice.. it deserves the amount I paid."

"Absolutely loved this place. Will definitely be back. I look forward to seeing it again when the outdoor area is finished. Food amazing. Rooms peaceful. The only issue was heavy slamming doors."

"The guesthouse is well located in the city. It has a small lush garden that create a peaceful place for breakfast or reading. Attentive and pleasant staff. Good value for the money"

"Ms.Asumta was very friendly and helped me with the formalities. The chief waiter and his team were carrying all the time and presented a wonderful Tilapia for dinner. Don't trust some bad reviews about this place, now they are under new management "

"Our stay at Sambora Kinigi was truly special and one we will remember for a long time. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed, cared for, and at home. Decoration was beautiful. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Traveling with our baby daughter can sometimes require a little extra planning and flexibility, but the team accommodated all of our needs with so much warmth, patience, and genuine care. It made such a...

"My family enjoyed everything about this property. The housekeeping and cooks were our highlights along with the great security guards that actually assist with luggage to the rooms. The breakfast is brought to your room FRESHLY MADE. Eggs, pancakes, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, toast and muffin. The only thing; the electric is ran off a prepaid card (as all of Rwanda), BUT the card ran out and I thought we were without electric until I looked around at the other rooms and seen that they had...
