"Beautiful hotel, Beautiful views over the water, veey helpful, very nice English speaking staff, the buffet meals offer many tasty types of food.. Now stepping outside onto the sidewalks is another thing altogether. Pollution, trash in the water and along the streets is horrible, add to that the broken city sidewalks and hawkers along some of the shops. Fortunately you can grab very decent cabs using Grab, local equivalent to Uber and very inexpensive, to go anywhere without stepping off of...

"0歳、5歳の子連れで行きましたが、施設が充足していてホテル内でずっと楽しめます。施設自体は少し古いですが、清潔感があり、スタッフ皆さんフレンドリーです。
部屋に羽蟻？が結構出たのですが、相談するとしっかり駆除してくれました。また、子供が体調不良になったのですが、ホテル内にクリニックがあり案内してもらえました。
オーシャンウィングに宿泊すると全施設を利用できます。
1階の部屋をリクエストし、水着のまま裏口？から出入りしプール後は水着のままバルコニーのジャグジーでお風呂に入れ、最高でした。"

"I like this hotel very much. The room is spacious for the 2 of us. The beds, room and corridors are clean. The hotel is still being upgrading but we are not affected in anyway. The upgrading has improved the ambience. Buffet breakfast is also good. The location is so convenient for walking to Imago mall and the waterfront. But it’s really too hot for walking. So Grab is cooler!! Also the staff at front desk is so helpful and polite. Recommended 👍"
